If you are looking for a new place to live, we can help! At All For 1 Real Estate we handle only the best of properties, making sure you are given all of our current listings that fit your monthly price requirements. We try to maintain all of our residences in top condition and we do ask our tenant/residents to cooperate in this effort. We will ask for all the normal things; application, credit check, past references, and then upon appoval we complete your lease file with a copy of your photo I.D. and a printed property condition walk through report.
We do not charge any big upfront “looking” fees.
